A typical Quidi implementation takes about 4 to 8 weeks, depending on your environment and goals. Teams with a straightforward workflows and standard integration requirements can move quickly, while more complex setups may take longer due to ERP integration, approval routing requirements, and the edge cases that are unique to your vendor and document mix.
After go-live, Quidi provides ongoing support to keep both the platform and your integration running smoothly. Our team monitors and resolves issues, and when something needs attention you can reach us through our support channel, where items are tracked and triaged based on severity. For critical issues, we respond quickly and work continuously until service is restored. For non-critical questions or adjustments, we provide timely support and can include updates in scheduled fixes or product releases as needed
We begin with a discovery workshop involving the AP team and any key stakeholders to understand your current processes, approval workflows, and any business-specific requirements. Our goal is to configure Quidi around your existing operation rather than forcing changes to how your team works. Following discovery, we document the proposed workflows and implementation requirements for review before beginning configuration. Once configured, the solution is deployed into your test environment where your AP team can validate real invoices through a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) period, typically lasting about a week. After UAT approval, we transition into production and our Customer Success team works closely alongside your AP staff during adoption to ensure a smooth rollout.
