Yes. Quidi is designed to integrate into your existing ERP environment without forcing you to replace systems or change how your business runs. Depending on your setup, we can connect via direct API integration or EDI, so validated data can flow from Quidi into your system of record reliably and with minimal disruption.

Quidi has extensive experience integrating with DELMIAWorks (IQMS) and supports two integration approaches depending on your licensed functionality: If API functionality is available, we integrate directly with IQMS to synchronize vendor and G/L master data, ensuring invoices are matched against the correct ERP records before voucher creation. Because voucher creation through the API has historically been somewhat limited, we leverage our certified EDI integration to reliably create vouchers within DELMIAWorks while still benefiting from API-based validation and lookups. For organizations utilizing DELMIAWorks EDI, we support a fully EDI-based integration as well. Through our partnership with both DELMIAWorks and our certified EDI VAN provider, we provide complete visibility into transmission status and voucher creation rather than simply uploading flat files into the ERP.

Quidi requires EDI inbound transactions to be activated in DelmiaWorks in order to create vouchers through that integration path. This is a sales process between your company and DelmiaWorks.
