Quidi is designed to provide confirmation and traceability at each integration step. For EDI-based integrations, we leverage standard EDI transaction and acknowledgement patterns (including 997 acknowledgements where applicable) to confirm receipt and quickly flag exceptions. If a transmission fails or an acknowledgement indicates an issue, the event is captured and escalated through our support and monitoring process so it can be investigated and resolved quickly.⁠
